Founding Attorney
David Mann
Attorney David Alan Mann pursues justice for the injured with a tireless work ethic. He provides skillful and zealous advocacy on a personalized basis for each and every one of his clients.
After graduating from Stetson University, David attended Barry University School of Law where he graduated 10th in his class and received several high honors, including in litigation and trial advocacy.
David spent time as a law clerk in the 18th Judicial Circuit (Brevard and Seminole Counties), which solidified his desire to be an advocate for those in need. After law school, David worked at a top insurance defense firm where he defended the largest insurance companies before realizing his true passion lay in pursuing justice for the injured.
David’s time spent working as an attorney for the insurance companies brings valuable insight into how insurance companies defend and determine the value of a claim. When it comes to your case, he doesn’t have to guess what the other side is thinking; he already knows and that helps you.
